General Terms and conditions

1. I hereby grant BHASHALAYA Nepali School and its affiliates (collectively, "NSNT") permission to use any photograph or video taken of me, or in which I / We may be included with others, for BHASHALAYA Nepali school purposes, without payment or other consideration to me, in perpetuity. BHASHALAYA Nepali School has the right to use our name, voice and/or likeness. This permission includes the right to copy, print, publish, reuse and/or modify any photograph or video, in whole or in part, individually or in connection with other material, in any and all current or future media, including the Internet (Social media). I, waive any right that I may have to review and/or approve the finished product.


2. By signing this document, I, as a pa, agree to release, indemnify, and hold BHASHALAYA Nepali School and its respective members, volunteers (collectively, “NSNT”), completely harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, damages or liability that I, my families, my children or any third party may have, including any claim for medical services, bodily injury or property damage, which may arise as a result of or connected in any way for my families participation in BHASHALAYA Nepali School activity, notwithstanding that the same may have been contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of BHASHALAYA Nepali School. Further, I agree to waive any such claim I may have in respect of such participation.
